Service policies
- Service delivery
- VoltPay is a digital service for businesses; nothing is shipped. Merchant accounts are opened by invitation, and dashboard and API access is available as soon as registration is complete.
- Refunds
- Refunds of customer payments follow the refund policy of the merchant the customer bought from. Customers who need help with a payment can contact our support team, and we work with the merchant to resolve it. Fees charged to merchants are governed by the merchant agreement.
- Cancellation
- Merchants can stop using VoltPay at any time by contacting their account manager. Outstanding balances are settled and paid out under the merchant agreement and our Terms of Service.
